The attendant (Glowanda Joy) was very rude and unpleasant. There was not a line but still I had to wait for her to get up, then she didn't greet me only looked at me until I asked for my cigarettes. I don't think I'll be back to this location I much rather continue going to the Shreve City location.

Your cashier named Odessia D is one of the rudest people I've ever met working in customer service. An issue came up with my fiancé debit card working. She authorized the gas without him prepaying. He issue was discovered after. He told her he could walk to the main store and leave his truck to get a money transfer. She would not let him. I had to pay the gas. She was very rude. She talked horribly to me and jumped in our conversation about the situation and said some very horrible things. Then proceeded to laugh as we walked away from paying. He was not trying to steal any gas and I didn't mind paying for it (we just found out his card was locked out because of this) but the way the situation was not the best. I feel she needs to be retrained on her customer service skills or allow for someone who doesn't taunt the customers.

You were running a special where you purchase three drinks and receive a 10 cent discount. I attempted to purchase Root Beer. My preference would have been diet root beer but you did not have either. the attendant said it has never been carried there and yet I can purchase at the murphy on youree drive so I know it is carried locally. it does not make since to offer a special that you do not even offer the items that you are required to purchase. I literally bought 2 gallons of gas to get me until I got off work and then went to shell and used the Kroger points for my discount.

The lady who work there were very rude disrespectful and told me that she was busy because of her I will never come back there

I prepaid at the pump with my walmart gift card. I lifted the handle and apparently without my knowledge the hose hit the super unleaded button. I pressed the reg unleaded button like usual and started to fuel my car. I noticed on the receipt I was charged for super. When I told the attendant, she said the hose must have selected super and that it was a very common occurrence at that pump. Well, in my 20 yrs of buying gas, this was a first. She then gave me $1. The reg was $2.22/gall and super was $2.59/gall. I should have been refunded $5.65 since I purchased 15.266 gallons.
