I used a Debit card (as a Credit card) and when it was going through, the attendant informed me that (for the first time ever) since I was using it as a Credit card that she had to see my identification (which I did not have on me-it was in my car). So I (being in a hurry) asked her to just void the Credit charge and we could redo it as a Debit, to which she informed me that it could not be voided. Is that true? It did not feel true. So I had to hold up the line, go get my DL, take it back to her, then finish the sales transaction. I was very aggravated and it is not the first time this clerk has (seemed to) go out of her way to ruin my day. I fill up my gas tank HERE every three (3) days. And always buy my cigarettes (carton) here.

First I sent my son with my I'd and a check for fuel and cigarettes. She refused so he drove back to get me. Understand it's pouring rain. I get there and she could care less the customer s are stand in running water she takes her time and processes the check. I get back to my vehicle we fill up and it didn't take the 40.00 that was paid in gas. She tells my son that's why we need the exact amount. This rude person requires pay up front like I can know exactly. She needs to call here manager now and its still pouring rain. She's dry and her customers are waiting. We left so others didn't continue to suffer. The number on the google is not correct for this store so no way to call anyone. Figure your just like Walmart not worried one bit about your rude employees or your customers..

The attendant was very rude. I bought a drink and it was OK Dr and had mold in the bottom. She told me it wasn't her problem and she couldn't do anything about it

I purchase 2 drinks and 2 candy bars. When I got in my vehicle I poured the peach tea in my child's cup then took a sip myself. It tasted sour. While I was looking for an experation date (which it did not have) I noticed when I flipped the bottom upside down it had a hunky layer across the bottom. I went and asked the cashier if I could exchange for a different drink. The lady was very rude about the situation. She said I knew what the drink looked like when I bought it and that I was not allowed to exchange. I explained to her that I didn't know there was a gummy buildup or I wouldn't of bought it. She said no I had to leave and couldn't have another drink and it wasn't her problem.

Pump printer was not working which caused me to speak with the ignorant anglo female attendant. She is disrespectful, has no customer service skills and does not accept that she can be wrong. She needs to be cleaning the grounds and bathrooms until she goes to school to learn manners, respect for adults and sensitivity. She needs to check to make sure the printers have paper.
