There is always room to improve. Mainly, I was not offered my receipt after my purchase. I had to go back and request for one. Whether the customer asks for one or not, it's always good for the attendant to offer it to customers.

First visit so leaving room for improvement!

Printers, it appears, are not checked frequently enough to insure their proper operation.

It was hard to find a free pump. I did not appreciate the ads that came up when I was trying to pump fuel.

I pulled up & it was pretty busy but people were leaving or talking with friends/family. As I got out my car, the attendant gave me a smug look like he was mad & said, "I was trying to go smoke & I see you ain't gonna let me!" I apologized & asked for he want me to wait, he said, "No just hurry please!" I used to work there & I never treated my customers like that, it's bad customer service & not good to have an attitude like that!! There's a couple ladies that work there that are very friendly, caring, well mannered & never show frustrations, but he acted like I ruined his day & I didn't like that!!! I use Murphy multiple times a week but from now on, I will not be stopping when he's working!! I travel way out of my way to go to that store bc I love the prices & gas.

The location is in a tight spot with not very good entrances and exit. Kind of dangerous. Everything else was awesome!

Too many vehicles were trying to go around to go to the pumps in different directions. I think there are enough vehicles with the tank on the right that all lanes should go in only one direction.

I had to stand in a half inch of water while pumping fuel and the car drove by, and water rippled. I thought I was going to ruin my pants.

It can be hard to get in and round pumps. The lanes are not wide enough in and around the pumps.

Too busy, cars parked both directions, in the same lane.
