The location of the pumps relative to the overall footprint of this Murphy facility does not facilitate easy entry and exit to the pumps.

It doesn't require any interaction with an individual. Paying at the pump isn't something I would rate very high due to the experience being a noncontact thing. If I had paid cash and interacted wit the cashier, then I would rate it high satisfied.
