The paper receipts for pay at the pump are almost always out of paper & you have to get out of your car to go to the attendant inside for a receipt. This has happened almost every time I go to this station. It doesn't matter which lane you get it . . .they don't seem to EVER refill the paper. (Or very rarely, if ever). For a senior customer with a hard time walking this is a real challenge!! For your company's sake - having a high turn-around time means higher volume of sales - more profit for Murphy USA, for sure! More time spent with a customer blocking the lane pump for the next customer in line while everyone having to go inside to get their receipt obviously means less sales volume for the company. You might want to have an "invisible shopper" check out this station. You seem to have hired a lot of "lazy" people!!

The way the pump was operating.

I have 4 vehicles that I get fuel for. It is rare that I can pay at the pump and receive a receipt because the paper tape for the receipt is almost always empty at this location, so that usually means I stand in line to wait for a receipt. When I was there this morning it wasn't very busy and the attendant was sitting on a stool. Attendant could have been putting the paper tape in the pumps that were empty.

No big problem but I do have a Wal-Mart MasterCard and I noticed the pump keep the original price that was listed on the pump without giving the $.05 discount. Just curious.

as it always is at this store you have to ask for a receipt when did that this time the person was very upset with me and when I ask why this happens here I was told that none of the receipt printer at the pumps work and that is just how it is. I feel you need to get someone to this store and get them fixed. next please put the security tapes back on the pumps it does make people feel safer with them

Attendant was smoking at the parking lot before and while gassing up. She was smoking right in front of gas station where we could smell it, my husband is allergic to cigarettes smoke and I very unlikely to come back. This is not a first time we smell cigarette smoke in this gas station, at this location. It would be nice if they took their smoke brakes behind building, so we and inside of our car don't get cheap, nasty cigarette smell blown on us and in our car, and while gassing up. I guess that's why I will drive to Speedway gas station where nobody smokes near me and get nice service every time.(without breathing in allergens and pay less for gas too. WIN!WIN!every time) Anyway why to pay high price for gas and get TERRIBLE customer service? or is this what Murphy USA is all about?
