Had to wait for clerk to go to stock room to get my product. There were 3 employees in building. Feel it should have been stocked and everything was messy

pumps were working properly, able to get in and out quickly, did have what I wanted

The pump failed to print my receipt and car wash ticket. I had to wait for the attendant, and their was a customer several places ahead of me taking exceptionally long dealing with a lottery ticket. I would also like to mention that the receipt printers have failed on me fairly often over the last few months. In addition, the window washing bucket I used had dirty wash water in it. This location had a second restroom added a few years ago, but soon afterwards, the original restroom was taken over as a storeroom. The single public restroom is usually filthy and does not usually have any paper towels.

Well u raise your prices just after I purchased my gas at 2.29 a gallon the when I told a friend the went over later that day an u had raised your price to 2.33 a gallon at other stations they wait till midnight to change there there prices especially when they go up in price

In that area (Lake Jackson, TX), there is a lot of competition and the competitor that is winning is Buc-ee's. Usually, the price for their fuel is the same as at Murphy but they have the best store to go along with it and the place is immaculately clean. Also, the location of this Murphys makes it hard to get to and exit from.

I asked the operator why the paper for recipt was always empty. Reply was have a good day.
