The lanes are closer/more narrow than other gas stations. I probably would have been scared to go at night time because of how little space there is to move and how limited peripheral vision is.

the use of self-service facilities tends to leave one with a feeling of similarity. a highly satisfied rating would only be achievable should one facility go above and beyond the common experience.

At first the pump didn't want to click on. Then the pump printed out a receipt for 0.00 amount with the last 4 digits of my credit care number. I went to notify the clerk and she reassured me that the pump didn't charge my card but at the same time she kind of acted like I didn't know what I was doing. She couldn't explain why the pump didn't work the first time but told me to try again.
