The printer at Pump # 2 hardly ever has paper in it. The cashier was not friendly and acted as though she was bothered to give me a receipt. She was busy talking to someone else sitting in the booth with her.

When I tried to pay at the pump it kept clicking on the key pad and would not let me put in my zip code to use my walmart credit card.

Pump #1 did not print out receipt as requested. Had to go to register to get copy of receipt. This scenario happens most visits seems at least the last six months. It is very frustrating. Have been doing 90 percent of my fuel purchases with murphy since this site was open. Thank you for listening. Hope next visit is better.

The card reader will not read the card said could not read read cards at this time. Had to wait in line approximately 8 minutes because there was a lady buying three packs of cigarettes and just staying there and holding up the whole line.

The credit card receipt has not printed at the pump the last 5 or 6 times I have used this location.

As usual had to go get receipt from clerk. Other clerk was playing with cel phone. Have talked to a clerk on sever occasions. Always full of excuses. Extra person should have a little motivation and fix paper. Got gas one day in two different vehicles, two different pumps. Neither receipts was available. I have to go get receipt %75 of time. Stay off cel and get it done. No one seems to care. It is rampant! Thanks

came up to window an attendant was counting change. she looked up and gave me a stupid look as to "what do you want" very disrespectful and rude. i will make it a point to never stop at this location of murphy again because of this reason. think she needs to find a new job. Cashier: lakeisha lanae

Pump was out if paper and the cashier was so slow. She was so busy drinking and eating instead of taking care of the customers in a timely manner

This is the third time I have attempted to pay at the pump, and had to take my Wal Mart Card to the attendant. Because I normally fill, and have no clue how much gas will be used - had 30.00 on pump, money not used was refunded to account. The problem is that with this system YOU LOST TWO ADDITECH SALES. I put additech regularily in one of my two vehicles, and was unable to do so because the pump card reader was non functional. Are you-all wanting to lose sales? If not, I suggest you get a service person out to the Wal Mart in Pineville Louisiana and get this pump card reader problem FIXED!
