This is the second time I visited this site and could not get a receipt at the pump causing me to hold everyone up while I went to the cashier and ask for a receipt. I believe the reason is so that I have to pass by the concession booths and buy something I normally wouldn't.

Every time I get fuel at this location, there never seems to be paper in the printers at any of the pumps I use. This is the 4th consecutive time this has happened. Then you have to stand in line forever to get a receipt.
