Having spent over an hour inside the Walmart with little or no customer engagement I was completely blown away by encountering your attendant Cody. He was charmingly interactive, pleasant and even offered your buy 1 get one promo on candy. Being a veteran of retail myself I would hire this young gentleman in a heartbeat. He is a gem and I never do these surveys; however his winning personal skills so impressed me I wanted to contribute to his success by sharing my feed back. Customer retention is all about creating personal connections and Cody is one of your super stars. Great job! I would have this young man mentoring other associates. Although the transaction was brief, it was impressive.
