Few pumps were out of order. Too many people parked around the cigarettes to b able to get in the pumps that were open

There was an extremely inconsiderate customer in line in front of me. He left his vehicle for a long period of time. When he finally returned, he was barely apologetic, filled up his car, then left the vehicle once more. At this point my frustration heightened & I called out to him, asking him to move his truck. He finally did in an unfriendly manner. I realize some people are self centered. I don't intend to let it keep me from returning. Had he told me he was going to leave his vehicle for a lengthy time-period, I would have moved to another lane. Hindsight is 20/20. I suspect if it ever happens again, I WILL move.

Wanted to pay at pump but keypad out of order

The boy who helped me Cody lance was the name on receipt was very unprofessional in his attire he had sunglasses on his head head phones in he seemed more interested with what he was listening to or who he was talking to than helping me. I have been to this location many times before in the mornings and have never been treated this way the morning staff is always upbeat and very nice I'm not sure why coming in the afternoon was different but the experience was horrible if I would come back it would only be because I knew the customer service would be better if I ever came in the afternoon again.

Rude and pushy cashier. That survey thing is really annoying.

I was shorted a pack of cigarettes which was discovered after I got home. This has happened before awhile back and the attendant then did not believe me so wouldn't make it right, this time I just got mad about it Knowing it was a waste of time going back and telling her. Cigarettes are expensive and I don't appreciate being ripped off any more than your co. does.

The Worst store I have ever been to.

You don't give the discount at the pump anymore for using a Walmart credit card this is BS I will cut up my Walmart card and send it back to you.

With no warning to consumers or station employees, the 5 cents off using Walmart card was discontinued! We will be looking elsewhere for gasoline.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Murphy, cashier was friendly, didn't have to wait long. it was good!
