The receipt very rarely prints and there is a man hanging around this location that is forward and pushy to buy him gas or give him money. I called police when I was there the time before with his tag number.

Cashier didn't greet me .didn't say hello or goodbye. Pulled the wrong item. All the while on her cell phone. It wasn't pleasant. She needs some customer service training.

Too much to discuss

I selected the 87 octane gas priced at $2.60. The receipt showed I had been charged $3.15 for the 87 octane. I spoke with the cashier and she told me I must have pushed the wrong one. I specifically checked which selection before I started pumping. I asked for a manager. I was told he would be back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later the cashier said that she never told me he was coming back and he would tell me the same thing. Cashier- Demetrius and she told me manager was Ron Roberson. I am in hopes that corporate Murphy is more trustworthy than this store and its staff.

Everytimr I come to Murphys in Selma Al. No matter who the clerk is. They are texting,talking,making myself wait for service as they stay on their personal phone. This is so rude and I won't be back. Horrible customer service. Needs to be a knowledge and corrected.
