I went into Walmart to get a Gift card. Pump 6 was open so I pulled in there. The pump was so slow. I chose to get a receipt because I knew I would not use all the card. The receipt did not print. The Cashiers were talking (no one in line) I had to say I need a receipt for pump 6. The lady turned around & looked surprised that a customer was there. She gave me a receipt & I said pump 6 is out of paper. She did not say I will take care of it, nor thank you she just turned around & started talking again. I waited a few minutes in my car because I wanted to see if she was really that rude & see if she would change the paper. No one came out to take care of the pump. Very dissatisfied and I always get my gas at Murphy's.

After selecting 87 octane and beginning to pump, I noticed the price per gallon under the grade I selected was not displayed. Further examination revealed the price pumped display was advancing very rapidly. I stopped pumping and noticed the 93 octane price was illuminated. My first thought was that the fuel hose may have inadvertently pressed the 93 octane button when I removed it from the cradle. This action, of course, ended that transaction. A total of $7.61 was charged to my account for 2.885 gl of fuel @ $2.639. I began another transaction at the same pump, being particularly careful not to bump the 93 octane button. I selected 87 octane and the 93 octane button illuminated indicating its selection which was NOT the selection I chose. I did not pump any fuel on the second transaction and notified the attendant of the error. Since the fuel had already been paid for I didn't expect any resolution from the attendant. He expressed an apology and returned to his duty.

I went there to use my survey mini reward and the cashier couldn't redeem the reward.

The attendant Amanda Michell is so rude and unfriendly, she never greets you and she never says thank you, she acts angry that you are even there. I have complained about her before in another survey, i noticed she was a little nicer for a week or so then she was back to being hateful again. If i new the days she worked i would avoid the store and come when she wasn't there but i don't so i will have to pay more somewhere else. That girl really has an anger problem, or she hates people i don't no which it is but i have never been mean to her. She needs to be fired she is not a people person.
