the lanes are always congested and difficult to maneuver. the pumps printer paper needs checking daily

Neither satisfied or dissatisfied, it was a trip to the pump. They were out of sprite and barqs though which are about all my wife can drink.

There is a special for Smart Water, 2 for $4, but there are none to buy. Now if there is Smart Water, the store is out of Dr. Pepper 10. So would like more stock on both of those products and I would be very happy.

The card reader at the pump would not read my card. Possibly because of all the sand in the area.

Very seldom is a receipt printed, always have to go to cashier to get one on most diesel pumps. most of the time the card reader will not let you use debit, only credit. This is first receipt I have got with survey on it in months. I used to only buy my fuel here a murphy, maybe 3-4 times a week, several hundred gallons. Since I cannot get a receipt at the pump, and save time on my busy day, I now go elsewhere to purchase several hundred gallons a week. I leave before dark for work, and return after dark, so my time is valuable. I am on the road all day. Most of the time, the clerks are less than friendly when I complain about having to go get a receipt from them, instead of the pump. Very dissatisfied with Murphy in Big Spring TX

No restrooms; unable to safely get in and out of location. Pumps running slow according to both vehicles next to us attempting to fuel. Attendant was overwhelmed with customers and we would have had to stand in line to bring problems to company's attention. Receipts would not print @ pump. No windshield cleaning material or paper towels.
