The attendant was rude. The card machine was inside the store out of my reach and she offered no assistance to slide it to me to use. She neither spoke or smiled. Needs a course in customer appreciation.

My husband and I have made DAILY purchsases at this location for over 4 YEARS and its only started happening the last few months where they are running out of WINSTON LIGHT 100s before the end of the month. My husband and I have brought this to their attention many times and nothing has been down about it!!!! DONT ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DONT KEEP IN STOCK. I am forced to smoke the short packs and cant stand them and YES, it makes a difference to me. The answer we get is they have no control over what is ordered or what the vender delivers. SO WHOEVER HAS CONTROL OF ORDERING NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. WINSTON LIGHT 100s- ORDER MORE CARTONS!!!!!!!

I travel all over the USA for work. This is the ONLY Murphy site that said “ we don’t have a public restroom “ when ask for a key after realizing the restroom was locked. I will NEVER purchase from this Murphy location again irregardless of the savings on gas. This is totally unacceptable during daylight hours.

I was overcharged due to a pump malfunction. I always choose 87 octane for my car and I remember pressing the 87 button on this visit. When I looked at my receipt at home I realized I had been charged for Super Unleaded. The price difference is 60 cents so I was overcharged $10.94. I Did Not press the wrong button by mistake. What is the procedure to get a refund for my overcharge?
