The attendant, Cindy, left this location several months ago. In all honesty, the station went down hill after her relocation. The attendants were not helpful, were unaware if/when they would get my cigarettes in and never seemed to just be happy. Subsequently, I shifted the majority of my business to Kroger across the street, only stopping in Murphy if I were going to Wal-Mart to purchase groceries. The very first time I walked up to the window after Cindy returned, she called me by my first name. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered. She is always cheery, greets me with a smile and a good old 'how ya doin?'. I work in a service based industry and I can tell you that I would give anything to have an employee like Cindy. Her work ethic and enthusiasm are extremely hard to find. As an employer, I am envious. As a customer, I can tell you that Cindy is extraordinary and represents your company well. She is top notch! Don't ever let her go.
