I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied with my experience today. There was nothing special that made this trip to Murphy's stand out. At the same time I've been thru worse trips to Murphy's before.

I was somewhat satisified, overall experience was excellent. The card reader didn't want to read my gift card, but the attendant was extremely helpful

Was not aware of the hold you all put on debit cards when prepaying at the pump itself. To me it didnt make any sense til I realized the reasonings why you all do that. To decrease negative payments? Is the only good reason I came too. Other than that my experience is always satisfying

Bottled water, stacked at the pump's end, blocked both opening my door then car's re-entry - issue was told to site manager.

pump wouldnt "take" my walmart card so i had to use my debit card so i didnt get my walmart card discount

Stopped for gas as I was driving through Dyersburg, TN. on my way home from out of town. Also needed to use the restroom since I had been driving a while. After filling my tank I found the bathroom door locked when I tried to open it. There was an employee cleaning the pumps so I ask her if the key to the bathroom was available, she must not have heard me because she walked away to go to another pump without responding. So I followed her over and ask again. I received a really stern and abrupt answer "We don't have public restrooms!" and then she turn and walked away. She acted as if I was putting her out to ask about the facilities. I would not have ask but I have never used a Murphy station without public restrooms. One reason I stopped there was to use the restroom. Next time I will stop at a large convenient store/gas station where I know I can get gas and a public restroom at the same place and not have to go searching down the road for what I need. Thanks.

credit card changes, want discount up front not on back end. too many pumps for one operator. slows everyone down

The attendant set wrong pump when someone prepaid. I put my credit card in and it stopped at $10.00 and he was there telling me I owed for that gas and I told him no I dont owe anything I was using my credit card and he got smart with me and told me I had $10.00 and I wasnt getting more till I pd for that and I told him I had a $100.00 bill and he told me he would go get my change. I gave him the money and started the pump and he brought my change and I ask where my receipt was and he said oh you need a receipt and I said yes. By his mistake I had to pay full price for that gas instead of getting my discount with my credit card.
