Several of the pumps were out of order and there were no signs indicating that there was a pump problem. The lady @ the pump next to ours was upset because here pump was out of order and she was being loud. The attendants found it humorous that people were upset that there were pump problems. The attendants were too busy laughing at the customers inconvenience to try to communicate or interact with the customers to make the situation less aggravating. I just found the attendants response to be unprofessional and unnecessary.

The attendant is rude. Some times I have had a walmart gift card that won't scan . All she ever says is "it's no good" she won't try and key card In. My daughter gets them for me to use for gas.

The most aggravating experience is having to deal with the loud advertisements. They interfere with conversations and just annoying in general. The second most is the pump runs slow on mid grade.

I visited Murphys to purchase gas and cigarettes the I was able to buy gas but the tenant wouldn't sell me ten packs that she had. When I asked Erin Malaya why she would not sell me the packs that I seen on the rack she'll he replied (that's all I have) I said that's all I want, that's when she said no to selling me the cigarettes and told me to go to race track down the road they have cigarettes !!! I was appalled and left after I got gas.

When I asked the worker if I could purchase a bag of chips with a gift card,he rudely responded yeah if there is money on it, insinuating that I had a non active card with money on it

1st pump - entered "textpay" option, said "calling attendant", canceled and tried again, with same response. She came out and said that I "had to select yes you want a receipt". I explained that I couldn't even get that far in the selections, and she asked how I was paying, I replied "text pay", she said she had no idea what that even was. 2nd pump - wouldn't allow anything to be selected on pump payment options, had to pull to 3rd pump.

Did not receive the correct cigarettes. All thee packs where wrong ones.
