The lanes are inadequate- it is not at all convenient to get in and out of- at times it is congested to the point I will not even try to get gas there

Unlike most Murphy stations, this one has very narrow pump lanes, lines to merchandise is outside and slow, lot to small for this station, the other stations I use like in meridian or much larger.

Murphy pumps in Phila., MS has a very tight area, so there needs to be 'arrows' that show 'one way' in to pumps and one way out, most people know that but for MANY that do not. There needs to be arrows and an 'enter' and 'exit' painted on concrete. You are suppose to pull to the pump that accommodates your side of the vehicle, instead people go around against natural flow and pull in the opposite way or even back in which causes major problems. I use to always get gas there but not nearly as much anymore. I think if you could address this issue it would greatly help.

Black cashier had her head stuck in a vehicle with a black male and totally ignored her customers. Someone could have driven off with gas.
