Chip reader still has issues and holds the line up. How difficult is it for a billion dollar company to change this device out?

Have at least two pumps ConEd off where you are unable to use them closest to where the cashier is located. Also there is a large pothole close to the right the right hand side of all of the gas pumps that is dangerous for your tires. Always the smell of gas on the ground when you go to that service station as well.

sometimes the attendant won't be around for a while then other times the debit card machine won't take my card and other times it is really crowded and the worker is very slow

Not enough room too get large trucks and trailer through, also gas and diesel should have seperate pumps away from one another because most times diesel pump is blocked by car getting only has when there are plenty of gas only pumps open and available leaving the diesel drivers inconveniently waiting for vehicles to move given we are long to only certain pumps for available diesel!!

This time it wasn't someone stopped to buy smokes that caused the problem, it was that the employees were out front smoking, one went back inside and the other stood out there talking to someone that was blocking the drive the entire time I pumped gas, Others were having trouble getting through.

It was okay, however, I believe you should reward your long time clients with a better than 5% discount for their gas. If you could design a program that gave an increasing discount dependent upon your use this would entice more clients to stick with your program.

Pump #5 was leaking so after I had noticed I moved to another pump and then reported the defective nozzle to the cashier who replied that she knew and was sorry. I feel that a sign should have been on that pump stating that it was out of order so people don't waste money before they notice it is defective.
