I COULDN'T GET MY ROLLBACK CODE TO WORK. THE CODE I WAS GIVEN HAD PERIODS, PLUSES, ETC. FOR WHICH THERE WASN'T NO WHERE TO PUNCH THOSE SYMBOLS ON THE KEYPAD.
