I wanted a specific flavor of a tobacco product and the employee told me they were all out of that flavor I wanted but she quickly let me know what flavors she did have and I was able to pick my second favorite without wondering if they'll have that too since she listed them off. Made my day easier and really felt she wanted to help give me what I came for with the most excellent service!
