this is the 3rd time now that i have tried to get the additive added and nothing came out. i have tried at 3 different pumps and the pump asks if i want the additive, i push the $14.99 button, but nothing ever gets dispensed!

I have a Walmart (Discover) credit card. The first three visits to fill three vehicles using credit card successful. The fourth visit required me to prepay. I have spoken with attendant at USA. She tells me it not them. I've called the credit card issuer, they say it's not them. I don't know what the problem is but I don't like it. I own four vehicles. If I choose to fill them with gas on the same day, I don't want to prepay. I pay my bill on time. I really want to talk to someone at the Corporate office to ascertain why this problem is recurring.

i came to this location specifically for the additech fuel additive. the screen was all blue and saying the computer was shut down to save Windows. i was unable to get the additech as i had intended. lines were long because people paying for fuel/products with cash made everybody else wait while they were paying cashier (you need more than 1 register to handle flow of customers, instead of some tight confined space where no one can move around efficiently!)

#!. I am handicapped. Started to fuel and pump mal functioned. Tried to reach attendant. She did not answer the call button. Sent someone to get her. She did not come. So I tried again to use the pump. $1.44. After10 minutes moved to another pump. 2. By then, I was annoyed. Then the pump, said I needed to see ATTENDANT. TRYING TO GET TO HER, THROUGH THE MAZE OF SODA, WATER AND OTHER ITEMS PILED LIKE A MAZE TALLER THAN ME. AGAIN I AM HANDICAPPED. BY THE TIME I GOT TO HER, SHE SAID I NEED TO GO BACK TO THE PUMP AND START AGAIN. SHE SAID SHE WOULD START THE PUMP. FINALLY, I GOT GAS,AND HAD TO GO BACK TO THE CASHIERS WINDOW. COULD NOT GET THROUGH DUE TO THE PEOPLE LINED UP. WHILE A LADY IN BLUE STOOD OUTSIDE SMOKING. THE CASHIER SAID SHE WAS NEW AND DID NOT KN HOW TO MULTI TASK YET..AND THE OTHER LADY STANDING THERE SMOKING, ALL THIS TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES.

i bought 3 packs of pyramids for the purpose of getting the .10 discount on my fuel she set the wrong pump someone else pumped it when she set my pump i did not receive my discount.i had already waited in line 3 different times about the issue finally just pumped my gas and left.
