very busy time of day and trucker is there to refill tanks. Unbelievable traffic jam because most lines could only go one way.

Stopped to get gas as we just came into town. Husband desperately needed the restroom. The door said employees only, but he was desperate & asked if he could PLEASE use it. They denied him. Finished filling tank & started driving up to the store, but he was already to far gone. Therefore, we now have a urine - soaked seat in a brand new car! Not happy at all!!

Without being notified the $.05/gal discount has gone away. After trying twice I went to the counter and was told that it was now 3% off and It would be calculated at the end. Well it was not I got NO discount for using my Walmart credit card. The receipt says "Learn hou to save 2% on fuel at Walmart & Murphy USA with your Walmart Credit Card" but NOwhere are to told how to do this. Your customer communications sucks.

Murphy USA sucks. Literally, it's absolutely awful - the worst gas station i have ever used. i have used it over and over again due to the additive at the pump, but i will never return for another visit. Probably four times out of ten, the additive doesn't work. Tonight, it charged me for the additive and didn't dispense it. The attendant was talking to her boyfriend in his truck. The gift card wouldn't work. It was a train wreck, and i honestly just don't need the stress it causes me to go wait in line, then be ignored, then have the pump not work, then have the attendant ignore me, then get charged for something i don't receive, and - by the end - wish i had just never gone to get gas at all. i will not ever be back, and i will be telling every friend i have that Murphy USA is the worst. Not based on this one experience, but based on two years of experiences almost every two weeks. i would appreciate the chance to speak to someone in person about this matter, and my name is Michael Kuhn. The gas must have had water in it. My car kept dying and I have not had any car trouble. I will not return to this gas station.

I prepaid 20.00 the attendant set the wrong pump and gave me attitude raising her voice at me as if it was mistake. The pump was not set for the 20.00 I paid. The pump kept going I stopped it when saw it was at 30.00! The guy besides drove off with an extra 20.00 in his tank!!!!! She did not apologize and I ended up paying extra10..
