the layout of the way in and out of Murphy's is a mess. the layout is confusing and is not marked with understandable directions. I feel like it is a game of bumper cars just waiting to happen. the cars entering and exiting the fuel area are confused and no one really knows who's "turn" it is to go/enter, to me it was just unsafe.

The pumps seem to be running slower than usual. And the new lot is somewhat confusing and like a puzzle or maze. I just want to get in and get out not run a maze

I hate the fact that you now require people to go to the register and pay up front when using cash. The only reason I came to this station was because I could pay cash and not have to stand in that horrible line for 20 minutes waiting for people to buy 14 packs of cigarettes, two times, to pay up front and then to go back and get my change. I would rather pay cash, but other stations don't have the line that you have at the register. I will go to them from now on.

I wanted a receipt but apparently the pump was out of paper. So I had to go to the attendant, wait in line to get a receipt.

over charged for the price of 5pk longhorn lcs the sign said 1.66 each when you buy 5 I paid 1.75. no big deal . I stop by and talk to the mgr. I don't care about the money I just don't want to be lied to.
