I never give the highest score because there is always room for improvement. I feel gas prices are a little high, not just at this store but all over.

Not enough pumps. I usually have to wait. Water for cleaning off windows was dirty.

Congested area, pump lanes to close together and sale items piled up at pumps. Exp. Filter salt bags.

Such a small station and you can't always see if a pump is available.

pump did not have paper for receipt. Had to ask attendant. She promptly printed one for me and then replaced the paper in the pump.

The ease of getting in and out is sometimes a problem. ie cars parked to pick up a tobacco or soda item.

Gas prices in general! I like this location better than the other I frequent oftern because it is more accessible but the cashiers are not as friendly. Dont get me wrong the Lake Wales employees are not rude or unfriendly, the are satisfactory. In comparison to the other regular Murphys I visit they just are not as friendly or chiper!
