The pump was extremely slow and I originally purchased 15.00 of gas and the pump stopped at 11.73 even though I had already paid for 15.00. The worker stated the pumps were cold and they do that from time to time but that it had refunded my card for the difference.

I had to go ask for a receipt, the attendant wasn't very attentive. It was raining, I wouldn't have needed to go in the rain to get a reciept if there had been paper for one to print at the pump. I'm sure the attendant didn't put paper in the pump because they didn't want to get wet

I was not satisfied because the credit card reader did not work so I had to pay inside. Paying inside was not my intention. The attendant did not greet me when I entered. I didn't get a "Thank you'' nor a "Come again". The attendant look fairly decent. The place was neat and tidy.

The guy manning the station was outside smoking. You can smell gas fumes everywhere and hex was walking past fueling customers with a lit cigarette. He even stood on the fuel delivery ports in the ground and smoked. I'm shocked you would allow smoking around gasoline fumes and even more shocked at the total lack of concern for the safety of your customers.

Chastity was complaining about not having enough time to eat. I told her I wanted 10 dollars gas then with an attitude she replied what pump. Then got upset because I wanted 2 transactions no one behind me. Over all she gave horrible customer service.

Got to the pump at about 10:58 PM. Lights were still on and other person next to me was pumping gas. Got out to start pumping gas and employee turned off lights and when I started to pump my gas they told me there were closed and turned off my pump, but let another customer next to me continue pumping their gas. I have over 20 years retail experience, including management, and no one I have ever worked with (including me) would have turned off services with someone like that. They would have let them first continue pumping, then they would turn off the pump. Plus, the employee did not address me politely. These employees need training on how to address customer's correctly.

THEY WERE OUT OF TWO KINDS OF GAS ONLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE WAS AVAILABLE. I THOUGHT THE PUMP WASN'T WORKING AT FIRST. THE GAS TRUCK PULLED UP ONLY THEN DID THE ATTENDANT TRY TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM TO A FEW PEOPLE. I ONLY OVER HEARD THE EXPLANATION. SHE SAID WE COULD WAIT A MINUTE AND START PUMPING. I FELT AS IF THE TRUCK HADN'T COME IT WOULD'VE BEEN LONGER TO GET AN EXPLANATION. IS IT OFTEN THAT YOUR STATIONS RUN COMPLETELY OUT OF GAS?
