Murphy USA

To many questions to answer at pump. Ie xtra fuel products lotery tickets etc.. Just wanted fuel.

It is a gas station, I did not need assistance so the questions do not apply.

Attendants are indifferent. This Murphy station periodically has issues with the pumps starting up correctly. But, really, overall...this Murphy station was no better and no worse than any other gas station. Lowest fuel price is the only incentive to visit Murphy.

Gas prices are going up only because summer is nearing. Also, the gas pumps do not work correctly unless you hold the juuuuust right.

The auto shut off did not work. Got gas all over the side of my truck

All in all was satisfied.. It was fast, clean, friendly. Don't like the options at the pump to go through before you can pump gas. Not a real big deal but adds time..

Attendant wasn't paying attention, seemed preoccupied with paper work. Very rude and mouthy. This isn't a first with her, she is always complaining about something. Especially other coworkers. Just over all not a very friendly person.

Pump clicked off and stopped giving gas but continued counting on the screen. Pulled the pump out to check and it was not giving gas even though it was still charging.

The manager was having a bad morning I guess and took it out on customers. Wasn't friendly just wanted to move on, said she had work to do.

The attendant was rude, having a bad morning. Said she had a lot to do for the day. Told me she was busy fixing employee issues and mistakes. Complained about her employees which I didn't feel should of been done with a customer. Just overall attitude
