I waited at the window for about 3 to 5 minutes while the attendant dumped the trash and filled the coolers. Apparently my time isn't valuable... or so the attendant thought! It's very frustrating to drive up to a business and have to wait for the attendant to finish what their doing before I am able to pay for my items.

I cant load complete fuel needed because they closed, i guess they can wait a couple of minutes to complete load the fuel i needed.

You chose a Saturday to paint the islands around the pumps. Blocked off four pumps and there were lines. You lost a lot of customers. I had to leave the pumps to take my son to work and hope I made it back to the pumps to get the fuel. But the first visit one pump was blocked because an rv decided to park slanted and blocking another pump. The attendant did not leave the booth to say anything. While I was parked in line I watched twenty cars drive off.

The attendant was texting on her phone. she put it down to wait on customer's however when it beeped she picked it up and started laughing. in was very unprofessional.

21.98 was amount purchased. the pump shut off before my car was full and would not let me restart it to finish filling my tank.

I did not get a discount with my WalmartMoneyCard. That station no longer offers it for that particular card. If I had had a Walmart Gift card or a Walmart credit card it would have been offered. Walmart had not announced this to the public nor has Murphy Usa. so I am highly disappointed by this lack of information. I make it a point to us this particular station because of the discount. I will most likely stop using this one and go to Caseys' up the road, at least there I can get pizza and beer or at least a sandwich and a fountian soda!!

I have been meaning to do this survey on the cashier named Michelle at the Berryville, AR location for some time now, but I have finally reached my breaking point. Never in my life have I met someone as rude as this individual. She's snappy, and beyond discourteous. She's always in such a hurry to get you out of her line that she literally taps her pen as you're trying to find the product that you want. Of course she is always in uniform, but it always looks as if she just woke up with bed head & showed up at work. I've reached my breaking point with her so much that I refuse to buy product from Murphy's if I see that she is working & choose to take my business elsewhere. If at all possible please review her service; if you would call it that.
