1 pump would not accept my Walmart gift card- not in the system. This has been that way for at least 3 mos. The card reader was broke on another pump. The 3rd pump didn't print the receipt properly. When I asked the attendant about it, she said they were getting new pumps. On another day all of the readers were out and the attendant said it was the weather but we weren't having any weather and they were out for 2 days.

The cashier made me feel that her phone and who she was texting was more important than me. I couldn't even get the cashier to look at me and when I was asked for ID the cashier was looking down at her phone while talking to me. I was not given my receipt I had to ask for it. I tend to only stop at Murphy's due to great service but this time I felt like that the cashiers phone was more important and me feel like I was bothering her. Very bad service

The attendant Santa was rude and dismissive. She didnt seem to care about me or my issue because there was someone in line behind me that she knew. I won't be coming back to this location is rather pay more for gas elswhere

Niki Ann was in the worst possible mood a person working ing the public should have been. She was very rude and mad at the world..... Just simply cause I asked her if I would be getting the 0.03 cents off price because I wanted to use my Walmart debit card... Wow sorry to complain but she ruined my evening. And I refused to argue back with her because I'm not that type of person. So sorry for complaining....

I chose regular gasoline, but it pumped super instead. I told the attendant. She told me that was a common problem with that pump, but there was nothing she could do about it. I was overcharged about $8 because of this pump malfunction.

Always stop here at the Walmart Service Station in Monticello when traveling to Louisiana and returning.
