Great atmosphere😬😬

I visit this store very frequently, & have never had a complaint about my experience. While the quality of service at most stores seems to be on the decline, here it is consistently good. The staff always greet me in a friendly manner & seem genuinely pleased to see me, which is a huge step above the usual at other locations, where you are doing good to get anything other than a bored look & the bare minimum. I'd like to mention 1 employee by name here, too, because I think she is the greatest. Her name is Wallena Devon, & I always look forward to seeing her behind the counter whenever I come in. She is just wonderful. She is friendly, quick, & accurate. I've also had the opportunity to witness her truly in action not long ago when she was forced to deal with a very difficult, rude, & possibly inebriated customer who was trying to buy beer with no form of I.D. Even though this customer was very rude, Wallena was polite but firm about store policy regarding such a purchase. Having worked many years in retail personally, I couldn't help but admire her cool head in dealing with the issue. She deserves major kudos. People like her are few & far between, and are the reason we return.

each time I go in usa, I have a great experience

The staff on duty when I visit are courteous and professional. They take pride in their job and it shows. This is attributed to the company as a whole.
