Because sometimes you have to wait for the fuel tanks to be filled. Sometimes you have to wait for available pumps to fuel your car and sometimes pumps are out of order.

For some reason the Walmart credit cards were being rejected! I called Walmart credit card customers service and my card was in good standing.

When I entered the store, there were two cashiers. I waited and finally they were I think changing shifts and cash drawers. I was thanked, but no apology of why the wait with there being two cashiers.
