I had a survey mini coupon and lost it because the clerk didn't know how to scan it therefore it went away.

Every time I visit this murphy USA store# 5736,at 2709 Greenway Drive , Jackson MS 39209 There paper in the pumps and I have to go inside to get my receipt.

Upon entering the store the cashier was on her cellular phone while dealing with customers. Also while I was standing in line a customer bout some switchers sweets blunts and she asked for one so she can engage in smoking marijuana. Then once I approached the counter she didn't not great me nor thank me as good customer service is suppose to be. Then she proceeded to text on her phone while I was standing there. That is so unprofessional and rude.

I use this location on a regular base because it closer to my workplace. Lately the pumps never have paper... if using credit/debit you would still have to go inside to get a receipt! It defeats the purpose and its inconvenient too!

The attendants were not friendly with the female customers at all but with chatty with the guys.

I wanted to purchase fuel injector cleaner and there was no product on the shelving outside. So I went into the store and there was no product in the store. Cashier watched as I looked for merchandise and didn't say a thing. So I sent my son to the shelves outside the store on the other side and he said there was some there. Pricing was 2.79, 2.99 for STP fuel injector cleaner. this is what it was labeled. I picked the one that was priced for 2.79 I went in to purchase it and it scanned for 3.99 + tax 4.36. I told the cashier it was labeled for 2.79, she said in the nastiest tone, well it must be in the wrong spot. Rolled her eyes like it didn't matter. The manager asked her what she talking bout. She told her and neither one of them cared. So you have product miss labeled and that's the customers problem. They both starred at me like are you going to buy it or what? So I said, I'll get in somewhere else cheaper. They didn't care and it's sad that this is who you have working in your store. No customer service skills. No one tried to come and look or care to make it right. So if I'm no a valued customer, I'll take my money to a place That appreciates it's customer and losing 30.00

I purchased two 20 oz Coca Cola bottles and two 20 oz Diet Dr. Pepper bottles. Three of the sodas were fine but I had to spit out the first Diet Dr. Pepper because it tasted horrid. I looked at the date and found it expired Jun 08 13!

I was getting regular unleaded gas at $1.93 a gallon. When my receipt printed out it said gas was $2.33 a gallon. I went inside and attempted to talk to cashier. I advised him that I hit the unleaded button. He said oh your pump must have touched the premium button and that is why you were charged that rate. I advised again I pushed unleaded button. He said the pump registered I pushed premium. Apparently there is something wrong with this pump. No I am sorry this happened. No I will check the pump. I am very dissatisfied with the personnel at this location

The man that checked me out was very rude and when I attempted to use the restroom I found it to be filled with all kinds of cleaning supplies, hoses, etc. So much in fact that I couldn't even get to the toilet or sink. And to top it all off, the toilet was filled with urine! This is one of the worst public restrooms I have ever come across! And I used to work in this industry myself so I know what the work is like and there is no excuse! The employees here are apparently lazy and have no care what so ever for their job! I will never be returning to this disgusting, pathetic excuse for a convenience store!
