In order to be Highly Satisfied everything would have to be perfect and since we are humans there is no way that everything is/was perfect so there is no way that Highly Satisfied would be a consideration.

Gas prices are lower in other local stations

Gas prices are always too high, no matter what. Harrison's gas prices were finally lower, and even lower than anywhere within a 30 or 50 mile radius, but now they are back to being higher than other places nearby.
