I was not finished with my business, but the lady seemed like she wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. I was a paying customer with questions, but I guess she didn't have time for me. I've been in customer service for over 20 years, and no matter what kind of hurry I'm in, I know that I still have to maintain a professional environment for my customers, so they can have an exceptional experience. I had ask her, if she would give me a print out of the drawings of the lotto. But I guess she didn't know how to do that. Maybe that's why she wanted rid of me. Who knows. I'll try to remember next time not to ask her any questions. I'm certainly NOT trying to get her into trouble. But I felt like I had been told bah hum bug! This is suppose to be a joyous season. Anyway, I hope she has a much better week, than what I experienced with her. I hope things go much better for her. I realize people can be grumpy for whatever reason, but they need to remember to maintain a professional attitude while at work. I wish everyone at Murphy USA a very MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! Thank you!!
