I didn't get a receipt at the pump. Had to go to the cashier. This happens way too often.

I like Murphy gas station but when I do go pay for fuel with cash I am not always greeted and sometimes they can't break a bill that I am paying with.

I suggest that you eliminate the question not related to fuel (e.g. Other services). It is a waste of time for the buyer pressing & waiting for these two questions. I would recommend instead that you put a signage that says "if you need other services, please proceed to the counter for assistance"

it was just pumping gas!! This is a very small station and not large enough to handle the volumn it gets.

Had to go to cashier and get reciept and she gave me the wrong one. Had to go back and get the right one
