Murphy USA

A soon as I started pumping, the gas went all over the side of my car and my hand, then stopped. I repositioned the nozzle and tried again and it kept cutting off. NOTE: The pump handle looked new.

We have been in Okeechobee only 2 weeks. Each time we paid at the pump but neither time was there any paper in the machine to get a receipt. If I pay at the pump for quicker service I don't want to have to wait in line at counter to get a receipt.

I have made at least 3 calls to murphyusa about not having access to the restroom. I saw the clerk carrying cases of cigarettes out of there. Twice last year I asked to use the restroom and was told both times that it was out of order!! they just don't want to have to clean behind customers and I understand that, but who is in charge here in Okeechobee, Fl. the clerk or Murphy USA???? they keep the door locked all the time!!!!

The pump reciepts are always out of paper or jammed up.

Could not use Walmart gift for .03 cent discount . Attendant stated they were having trouble with the equipment for over a month and couldn't get it fixed.

Restroom terrible,, no toilet paper i had to use the rough brown hand paper from the sink area.. Toilet seat in terrible condition... The MARS chocolate i bought cash it was all melted in package!

Paying and receiving reciept at the pump is conveniance you get used to. I use Murphy for my personal and business transactions, 50% of the time the printer does not work. then I have to stand in line and wait to ask for a receipt. Business wise, time is money: besides my time wasted, alot of time is wasted at the slowest pumps in the county.

When you pay at the pump and buy a car wash at the pump you SHOULD NOT have to go get a receipt from the cashier!!!!!!! What is the point of having pay at the pump if that service is NOT WORKING OR OUT OF PAPER!!!!!! biggest pet peeve ever!!!!! You should have a notification on the system inside the cashiers area that the machine is out of paper or jammed up.

I would like to fill my tank and then pay for a full tank instead of guessing how much it might take to fill up and then come up short on a tank of gas.

I always come to this gas station to buy my cigs and this is the first time someone at this gas station asked for my ID when I tried to use my debit card. I was very upset and the young man explained that this was his manager's policy and makes them ID for anything over 35.00$. I don't understand why they would ask for ID when I know what my pin number is, that's just crazy!! Because of this situation I'll NEVER come back to this location and i'll take my business to another gas station.
