Because they are just like family. I'm here at least three or four times weekly, for gas or gas and snacks. I'm always treated with respect and friendliness. The gas prices are the best, it is convenient, just the best and friendly place to go.

People who know how to treat a customer. I have worked retail for over 30 years and have always taught my employees that each customer that walks into the door is the one signing their paychecks regardless of the name at the bottom.

I don't buy my gas anywhere else because my car operates better off of Murphy and the girls and the guys working there always so friendly and they remember me and they remember the stuff that I buy on a frequent basis I'm highly satisfied

I absolutely love Murphy's in Troy. The attendants know me when I walk in the door and anticipate my needs. Can't find that just anywhere!
