im a regular customers at Kennett location I go there for everything cigs etc, I went to purchase something then I asked the cashier very politely if I could have change, I had 5$ in quarters I ask her very nicely if I could have a 5$ bill in replace of it,ive been here several times and done this and NEVER had an issue with the people work there most of them are very nice and polite and willing to help, Tina Ma then told me she had too many quarters and that I would have to purchase something else for me to get the 5$ in quarters, because she said she had too many quarters in her register, I would get that and understand that but what would buying something else make her have less change in her register? didn't make sense too me like I said ive done this several times and NEVER had this bad of an experience before! her name was Tina MA (as it shows on receipt) I thought she poorly executed customer service skills and extremely dissatisfied with my experience because of this, that was wrong of her to say no I cant I got too many quarters as it is you will have to purchase something else, what sense does that even make? I would like something done about this or I will NOT be back

I DON'T LIKE HAVING TO TURN DOWN EXTRA STUFF WHEN TRYING TO GET GAS SUCH AS ADDITIVES. THE LINES FOR THE PUMP AND THE CASHIER ARE ALWAYS TOO LONG. THE LINE FOR THE REGISTER IS SURROUNDED BY RACKS WITH THINGS TO BUY AND IT STINKS IN THAT CLOSED IN AREA. THE CUSTOMER BASE IS USUALLY THE LOWER CLASS AND I HAVE TO DEAL WITH LOUD MUSIC, PEOPLE YELLING AT EACH OTHER AND SCARY LOOKING PEOPLE IN LINE. I USUALLY PAY AT THE PUMP AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE OF THIS BUT MY FRIEND WAS OUT OF CIGARETTES. I LIKE THE CHEAPER GAS.

Buying fuel at pump 6. It was pumping about a gallon every three minutes. I could not change pumps as I hand made an additional purchase to receive 20 cents off per gallon on 10 gallons. I informed the attendants and was told they could not fix the pump and could not make another pump give me the discount. They couldn't help me but could step out and smoke. We often have problems at this location with slow fueling due to dirty filters and the pumps not having receipt paper in them.
