The main reason for dealing with the congestion, lack of room to maneuver a vehicle through the pumping areas, and overcrowding is a low fuel price. Unless a special offer is in place the 1 to 2 cent savings per gallon is not worth dealing the congestion when other fuel providers are within a few blocks and have much more accessible pumps and a much wider array of other services on site.
