IT JUST LOOKS DIRTY AND CLUTTERED
By prowler2 | 8/1/2017
not disappointed with todays visit------my complaint is that only 50% of the time the gift cards do work at this facility. very disappointing when you get a gift card to purchase gas that you cannot use it for weeks at a time. Also, the cleanliness is fine at this facility, but it just looks dirty and cluttered. definitely needs a facelift.

I was attempting to use Txt Pay. I submitted even dollar amount but never did receive 6 digit TXTPAY Code, even though I received an OK from the Auro responder that they would transmit a 6 digit TXTPAY Code. I tried 6 different attempys and never received the 6 digit Code. This was at Neosho Missouri's Murphy USA ... Site # 5747. I ended up using my Walmart CC to purchase fuel.

Did not get the 5 cent discount as advertised on the overhead sign at the pump. The attendant said she need to take the sign down but did not have a ladder to get to it. So what it was advertised and not honored !! This is no excuse looks like no one is paying attention to detail here in Neosho MO I have other cards that deliver as advertised...rkee

The cashier was not in...I knocked on the window and 2 minutes later she entered with an arm load of sodas. She then threw them on the counter and asked if the pepsi I had was all..I asked for a carton of cigarettes and she flung them out the window towards me....After my purchase I told her to have a bad day...

Planned to prepay as always for gas however another customer told the new male attendant the wrong pump so my pump was accidentally set at prepay. I pumped 2.68 worth of gas before the pump shut off. A female attended came out and rudely told the customer next to me that she would be charged the 1.?? That she pumped because the gas was in her tank she would have to pay for it. I was appalled at the rudeness of the female attendant and was grateful that it wasn't me she was talking to. I get to the counter after waiting in line behind 4 other customers (this is the reason I ALWAYS pay at the pump) and find out that another customer prepaid and told the attendant the wrong pump number. I am told by the nice new male attendant that I must have the nozzle back on the pump. I go back and put the nozzle on the pump and get in line behind 4 new customers. When I get to the counter, the new male attendant apologizes and offers to make it right. The female attendant is again rude this time to me telling the male attendant that the gas is in my car and that I'm going to pay for it. At this time I have Ben in line tring to get gas over 20 mins. Rung up on a calculator at this point
