Didn't take my card

I didn't recieved my gas discount it was suppose to be $1.96 a gallon I was charged $1.99 . when I asked the cashier she was rude and on her cell phone asked her name she said it was Raven. Maybe a lie no other guests behind me or near me but to busy playing with her phone..gold color phone.

I reloaded my Walmart gift card specifically to get gas and it would not work at pump so went into store to transfer balance to new gift card and it still did not work (this was at the Murphy's on Matlock & Debbie Ln in Mansfield). Attendant suggested it was just card readers so I went to another Murphy's (where I made this purchase) and my gift card still did not work and the attendant couldn't get it to work either so I made a purchase with my credit card. Now I have a Walmart gift card I apparently can't even use for fuel and I did not receive the discount for using gift card. I also wasted gas and time driving all over town trying to use my already purchased gift card.

I arrived at the MPD, all lights at the station were on, MPDs were on, I inserted my Gift card, MPD said "Pump Enabled", wouldn't pump diesel, MPD canceled transaction. I tried again, same result, I went to go to the window to see what the problem was, but it was all closed up. I am guessing that when the store closes, the pumps are turned off, but Why were the lights & MPDs left on? I was very upset at this. Turn the MPDs & lights OFF if you are not open.

The pump would NOT give us the $.03 discount when we used our WalMart credit card. Not enough money to have the attendant to fix, but definitely enough to keep me from coming back here again! I already don't like WalMart and this just adds to it!!!!

Placed a $50 hold on my debit card when I only purchased $25.00. Very inconvenient and customer's aren't made aware of this prior to purchasing.

I am very satisfied with this Murphy's location. I got there many times a week buying cigarettes, drinks and gas. Everyone that works there is very friendly. Sometimes the lines are long but it is usually a customer that does not have their funds ready or they do not know what they want. One more thing is that the drinks are not cold enough at times out of the coolers.. They don't get cold enough. Thank you, Bodee
