The price of fuel is extremely too high considering that there isn't a shortage of oil in the United States and there a Refinery here in El Paso, Texas. Moreover Texas produces more gas than all other states combined.

The prices are average within the city of El Paso - whereas in Port Arthur, Texas they are 12 to 15 percent less.

There were gas stations near by that had cheaper or the same fuel price.
