Very quick service for pay at pump.

pumps slow...have to wait in long lines sometimes...costs more than other stations.

It was super hard to get tothe pumps to congested

The place is to small and located in a high traffic area. The pumps get congested and so many products on display outside, that there was barely any room to get out of my vehicle.

the yoing girl kept talking to the gorl in front of me finally i asked her if i cpuld just pay for my gas then then they could talk so i paid went to pump had to go back stand in line again to get her to yurn it on. it was freezing out and im 61 yo it was an awful experience i will go back during day shift

You have a promotion for grizzly snuff. buy a roll receive $1.50 off, buy 2 cans get $.75 off. I've always bought all my tobacco at your corbin station. I seen this promotion for months now and wondered why everytime I bought a roll and once scanned comes up $.75. So I asked one day and was told it doesn't show but rebate is automatic. I then the following week asked for 5 cans to be rung up versus a roll. Well, the $.75 cents came up twice for the 5 cans indicating a roll. I pointed this out and attendant said they'd notify someone. To this date, nothing has been done, so tonight asked for 5 cans, they grabbed a roll and scanned it, $.75. I asked to ring up 5 cans and attendant got upset and stated our signs this and that, so I handed them a sign on your front window and they got smart and unfriendly about. They reluctantly rerung up the items and said something smart to me about it 'see I told you". but if you look at receipt, $.75 came up twice for how the promotion supposed to be. never again will I be back. $250.00 a month in tobacco I spend may not seem much to you I spend but the crappy attitude when I asked pleasantly and explained why...I just didn't need it. really sad.

Cashier Hanna refused the sale of my cigarettes. I just had surgery and sent my 20 year old daughter to purchase cigarettes she refused the sale so I got out of the car to purchase them myself and she asked for her ID. I told her they were for me and she still said I need her ID. I told her I was a totally separate customer and my daughter was saving me some painful steps of getting out of the car and she still asked for her ID. I told her they were for me but she still refused the sale.

I come to this locations to purchase cigg..and the worker told me she couldn't sell me cigg because who I was with..but I think it was because my race she had no reason to refuse me cigg I had cash and id I am 32 yr ...I have never been disrespect in my life the worker name is hannah Louise ...Corbin ky I will no longer shop there as she employed there...

Parking lot including lane of the pump had trash a dirty diaper in the lane where I was pumping also the male attendant outside which I believe is the manager did not have his shirt tucked in and also had cargo shorts on which is both against Murphy policy this is one of the worst looking stores I've been to there were tools and things all piled up by the door again against Murphy policy.
