Line building behind me led me to run my card for what finally was corrected as "corrective customer service". Very disappointing.

I am a regular customer and everytime I come in that lady that's working tonight works has a bad attitude and she acts like its an inconvenience to be at work

I purchased the 5 pack special, Cashier was pleasant, bagged my cigarettes handed bag and receipt, told me to take survey. When I returned home I found that she cheated me out of 1 pack, there were only 4 in the bag. I live 40 miles away therefore not feasible to return to the location.

The cashier that was working didn't speak to me at all. His pants was so lose on him that he had his underwear showing. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Murphy USA.

Attendant wouldn't speak nor tell me my total. He just turned the screen around like im not to be acknowledged. I work customer service and know this is not how you win customers. Very very disgusted and dissatisfied!

I scanned my debit card and selected that I wanted 3 drinks from the vending machine at the pump. I selected my drinks and returned to the pump to find that the fueling process had already been stopped before I could begin fueling. It printed a receipt for the drinks. I had to start a new transaction for fuel, losing the ten cent per gallon discount I obtained from buying 3 drinks. I wont fall for this gimmick again.
