long wait time.need more associates

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Murphy's. When I pulled to get gas the area was cleAn and looked nice . I like how it gives you options at the pump. The attendants at Murphy's are very polite and nice . They always have a smile.

Pump no. 1 did not give me a receipt. I had to get one from attendant. Pump no. 8 did this same thing to me the last two times I was there. Attendant was aware of both pumps not giving receipt but seems like they (pumps) never get fixed.

The attendant was polite but it also seemed like he was lazy.

Pump no. 8 did not give me a receipt again. I filled up another car I have today and did not get a survey to complete. Did not notice error until I got home and did not want to go back.

I would only have been highly satisfied with lower gas & product prices. I realize this is nothing that the company could do to prevent my not being highly satisfied, but nevertheless it is why.
