The window washing station was empty. I politely asked the attendant if there was more to be added. She responded by saying I could use the one one clear on the other side. Fortunately, another customer had tried and said it was empty too. I said, "Or you could fill them up." And the attendant walked away. Never filling up the washer fluid.
