Because I still pay over two dollars for gas. Can't figure out why the cost of a barrel of oil can cause a gallon of gas to jump 10 or 20 cents a gallon but yet when the cost of a barrel of oil drops by that same amount or even more than the rise was the price of gas will only drop 2 to 3 cents.
