The card reader would not read my Wal-mart card. However, it worked very well inside the store within about 10 minutes (the time it took to select and make an inside purchase). The card reader did read my personal bank debit card which caused me to have to pay a higher price per gallon for my gas. The lower discount price for Wal-mart credit cards is why I use Murphy USA.
