The person behind the counter had zero for a personality and awful customer service. It was if she was being bothered by having to do her job.

I usually have to wait too long for a pump as this station is very busy. The traffic pattern is not very good waiting on a pump.

No real reasons. Just what one would expect from a busy gas station. I do not think you can do any improvements here except put in faster gas pumps to handle the large volumes this place see at times.
